Wow! I can't believe it's almost time for Thanksgiving! I've been so busy trying to get photos for my Seymour Documentary. I'm very excited to get my video started and can't wait to have my finished result. It's a rough work in progress but I'm still learning how to use Premiere. I like the program so far. It's fairly easy to use. Don't get me wrong mac users! imovie is great but Premiere offers so much more. However, it is slightly complicated but there's so much that can be done. Shortly after Thanksgiving comes Christmas and following Christmas comes Spring and Spring means graduation! I'm super excited and very nervous at the same time. I'm hoping to move to Fort Worth and find a photography job there. That is however still 6 1/2 months away so for now I'll just focus on getting through the rest of the semester.

Hey folks! Just a quick update. Today I'll be heading to Graham for an executive board meeting for the Texas Society of Certified Accountants. I'm hoping to use the time this weekend to continue my Business and Pleasure project. I want to get some interviews in and take lots of pictures of the next 3 days.

Sunday I'll head back to Seymour and get some more pictures and some video for my documentary project. I'm excited to be expanding on both projects this weekend. The final copies will be available on the site ( www.katiegreggphotography.com) asap!

here are some photos that I pulled off the site and am putting here in the blog instead. Enjoy!

This project is titled "Around the House". When I first got involved in the photo program at UNT, I didn't know how to use my camera, so I used different camera techniques and photographed around the house that I used to live in. This helped me to learn how different settings work and taught me a little about my eye as a photographer.

===================================================================

I'd like to start this entry by saying I hope you all had a fun, safe, happy halloween! I know I did! But now that the costume is put away and I'm another year older, it is time to get back to work.

Currently I'm experiencing artist block and having a hard time thinking of something to work on for photo and web. I've been beating my brain all weekend so any thoughts, ideas, or suggestions would be helpful.
